Snowbird Trailer Park Utilities Improvements
Design & Construction Admin
Design of water and sewer utility extensions and connections. The Snowbird Mobile Home Park has been discharging sewage to on-site septic systems. Population in the park has increased and the disposal facilities have started to fail. The park will be hooked up to the Town of Wickenburg nearby sewer system. The park will also abandon their water supply well and receive water from the Town in the future. Connections to the Town’s utilities and proper abandonment of existing facilities are part of this project.
Country Club Acres Water System Connection

Design and preparation of plans for a proposed system connection between the Country Club Acres Water System and the Town of Wickenburg Water System. The connection would create a backup water supply for customers receiving water from the Country Club Acres Water System in case of an outage of that system. The design was completed.
City of Nogales
Deep Well Exploration
Project Management
Exploratory drilling of a potential new water source in the Nogales Formation at 1000 feet below ground. Coordination with the Hydrogeologic Company and Well Drilling Company, site selection, review of results.
Kino Springs Well Site Tank Addition
Design and Construction Documents
Design of an additional Storage Tank on the Kino Springs Well Site No. 19. The site consisted of a 30,000 gal tank, booster pumps, a hydro-pneumatic tank, backup generator, and a well. The City received a used 80,000 gal water tank that will increase the storage on site to ADEQ requirements for fire flows. Work also included a FEMA flood plain determination (CLOMA).
Anza Drive Water System Improvements
Design & Permitting
Designing water improvements. Existing water system pipes in 1st Street and Anza Drive are undersized or have dead ends. The system will be looped and pipe sizes upgraded to assure for adequate supply to existing and planned residential customers and adjacent schools. A thorough investigation of existing facilities was followed by designing an improved looped system with adequate pipe diameters and fire protection.
Camino Del Sol Water System Improvements

Designing water system improvements. Existing water system pipes around the Camino Del Sol quadrangle are leaking and undersized. A fire hydrant was also added to allow for adequate fire protection in the area. A thorough investigation of existing facilities was followed by designing an improved looped system with adequate pipe diameters and fire protection.

Subdivision Greenspace Irrigation with SRP Canal Water
Design & Construction Documents
Designing the facilities to supply SRP Canal irrigation water to the Sarival Farms green space irrigation system. The new pipe was connected directly to a standpipe mounted pump station without including storage because there is continuous SRP water available. Work included design, coordination with SRP (power and irrigation water) and the City of Peoria.
